I work varying shifts and that totally messes with my sleep schedule. I hate to resort to meds to help calm and relax me as I'm a pilot and don't want to take such things. This really does it. A hot bath, a little Frangipani body oil and this under my nose and I am asleep in just minutes, and sleep well.
